Before you try
another weight loss plan consider this
question. Did you know that you are more than a fat body? Your body fat
is the evidence of your efforts to satisfy a hunger for something.
After 25 I found it difficult to keep the pounds off, or maybe I just
got tired of trying, or wanting to. I did go into a depression at one
time in my life. I think that is where my problem began. I
didn’t
care what I ate, drank, didn’t care how I looked.
One day I stood in
the mirror overweight, miserable and
fed up with life when I heard this voice say, “Are you ready
to
get back on track now?” I said, “Yes, to this voice
and
that was a battle, to begin to take off the pounds. Start a weight loss
plan. I wanted it to come off fast.
You maybe sitting
in that same spot. And you have come
to the internet again looking for answers, looking for the quick fix.
And you will find what you are looking for, but will it be right for
you? That was my decision some years ago.
I started trying
different diet options, only to
discover starvation and frustration. My mind would override my plan
choices, and I would blow it again and again.
Here is my
suggestion and what has truly made a
difference in my weight loss plans. Don’t do anything just
yet. I

this make a difference? Knowledge is power. There is more to food than
just eating. It serves a purpose.
